His problem began when he started playing Texas Hold 'Em while still in middle school, according to Sogn."While most teens don't do things that extreme, many spend excessive amounts of time at online gambling sites. And many parents and teachers are reluctant to talk about it because seems like a "safe" thing to do compared with drug and alcohol issues.
