"The bill would require every middle and high school in Maryland to teach students about dating violence and expand the current definition of a victim of domestic violence to include dating relationships."Several people testified in favor of the bill during a hearing at the State House of Representatives, including Bill and Michelle Mitchell, whose daughter was stabbed to death three years ago by her boyfriend.
